This is a new warehouse space that offers 6,900 sq ft building space with a 819 sq ft mezzanine for a total of 7,719 sq ft. The building is currently designed to be dual tenant. This building will include a full fire suppression system, 3-phase 600 amp service to the building, 2 14x14 garage doors and small gravel and fenced yard space on the south side of the building. The project is estimated to be completed in October 2025.
